Conference on Nov 25 - on non-financial due diligence and responsible business conduct

  • On 25 November 2015 the Danish National Contact Point to the OECD held a conference on the operationalization of non-financial due diligence.

The objective of the conference was to debate expectations and exploring ways of operationalizing non-financial due diligence in business in relation to CSR related matters under OECD’s Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, and UN’s Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and clarifying needs for additional knowledge.

While mainly targeting large Danish businesses, the conference was open to all stakeholders.
